Magic meets Star Trek in November — but some products are delayed in Asia-Pacific
Wizards confirms the November 13 release and specifies which sealed products may arrive later in the region.
Magic: The Gathering | Star Trek is scheduled for 13 November 2026. Prerelease events run from 6 to 12 November. For Australian collectors, there is one important complication: Wizards of the Coast has flagged regional shipping delays for selected sealed products.
What is still on schedule?
Wizards says Play Boosters and Prerelease Packs remain on track for prerelease and release events. Its 16 October shipping notice says Asia-Pacific shipments of Collector Boosters, Omega Collector Boosters, Bundles, Beam Me Up Bundles and Draft Night products may arrive after the planned dates.
Plan for your local store, not an international listing
Product delays can vary by store and shipment, so a published US release page does not confirm physical stock in Ipswich, Brisbane or anywhere else in Australia. Before placing a preorder, check the product variant, refund policy and expected collection date directly with the retailer.
What can you actually play?
Wizards has detailed prerelease events, Commander and Two-Headed Giant activities, along with official card previews. The crossover is aimed at fans of Magic and Star Trek, but opening Collector Boosters and building a playable deck are different reasons to buy. Choose accordingly.
