Pokémon Delta Reign: Mega Rayquaza returns, and here's what is actually in the packs

The November 6 expansion brings Mega Rayquaza ex, Legendary Stadium cards and several different ways to buy.

Mega Rayquaza ex returns to the Pokémon Trading Card Game on 6 November 2026. The Pokémon Company's Delta Reign expansion also features Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex and Mega Golisopod ex.

The unusual card mechanic

Legendary Stadiums use two Stadium cards that sit together to form a continuous illustration. Pokémon says packs containing a Legendary Stadium include both halves. That is a gameplay feature, not a promise that any particular booster will contain the most sought-after illustration.

Which sealed product makes sense?

The announced booster display contains 36 packs, with ten cards and one Basic Energy in each pack. A Booster Bundle contains six packs. The Build & Battle Box includes four packs and a ready-to-play 40-card deck with one of four promo cards. Compare the number of packs, included extras and total Australian checkout price before choosing.

What about chase cards?

Pulls are random. A display buys more opening opportunities, not a guarantee of a specific Mega Rayquaza or any future resale value. For one exact favourite, compare real recent sold singles rather than optimistic asking prices. Check retailer stock and preorder conditions locally; an official international release does not guarantee a particular Australian shop has inventory.
