No Man's Sky Forsaken 7.11 hotfix: two crashes fixed, Steam rollout first

Hello Games published Forsaken patch 7.11 on 29 October 2026, one day after its larger 7.10 update. The developer identifies two specific crashes addressed in 7.11. As of 2:00 AM AEST on 31 October, the 29 October post says the patch is live on Steam, with other platforms receiving it as soon as possible. That is not a confirmed simultaneous global rollout.

Exactly what changed in 7.11

• A crash that could occur when using the teleporter in the Anomaly was fixed.
• A crash that could occur while warping to another star system was fixed.

Those are the two issues in the developer's published 7.11 patch section. No weapon rebalance, gameplay loot buff or new mission feature is specified for this small hotfix. Avoid mistaking the larger Forsaken 7.10 feature announcement for a second set of 7.11 fixes.

If you play on console

Check your installed version before troubleshooting; the release post names Steam as live and says other platforms will follow. A game patch can pass through separate certification and distribution steps. Do not assume a fix is installed solely because you read the PC notes.
